Though I am not doing an official weigh in today as this weeks weigh in was Tuesday and now changing to Fridays, I did actually weigh and I am in the 130's, 4 days later than my goal, but I will take it lol.
It doesn't look good for Steph's friends mum, she is now in Waikato, and waiting for some of the bleeding to slow down, before they will look at surgery. They have said she only has a 20% chance of survival if they can do surgery, and she will be be extremely brain damaged, I think they will be making some decisions on what is the best option for her, over the weekend. Covid sucks she has 7 children, and only allowed one in at a time, and only allowed 2 different visitors a day. Her partner had to do CPR when he found her.
Anyway onto today, the mornings here are getting chilly now, nearly time to put an extra blanket on the bed soon. Yesterday it was 8 degrees, this morning it was 9 degrees, but must admit I am enjoying the cooler days.
Well I have had heaps of energy today, did heaps of cleaning, decluttering etc. Steph's friends mum had a 9 hour surgery today, it went well, they discovered another aneurysm that had not ruptured, and also a blood clot, which they said may have saved her life, so tomorrow or over the next few days they are going to try and take her of ventilation and see if she can breathe by herself and go from there.
I am going to rejoin the gym, I love the gym, I am going to the same one I joined last time, they have 4 gyms in Rotorua so instead of going to the one I used to go too, I am going to one just a bit further out that is not nearly as busy. So will sign up tonight and hope to pick up the card tomorrow or Sunday/Monday not sure of when they are staffed.
