Day 29 WW Personal Plan....

Well today will be another day, much the same as yesterday - today will be lower body at the gym, my arms are so sore from yesterday. I am dreading sitting on the loo tomorrow after my lower body workout today lol - those squats will kill me.

Looks like it is not going to be good news for my daughters close friend's mum, it is only life support now keeping her alive. He went and stayed the night up in Auckland last night, just for a break, so hopefully baby Isaac will be a nice distraction for him. 

Tonights dinner is stuffed chicken breast, and then done in the air-fryer - so looking forward to it lol.

Well thats gym done and dusted for another day, today was lower body, with the elliptical and rower added in. My arms are still so sore from upper body yesterday, and I am sure the legs will join them tomorrow. 

I have adjusted my nail hours to fit in the gym, the joys of working for myself. so Gym days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and one time on the weekend. So it will be lower and upper through the week and the weekend will be a cardio workout. 

They are turning off the life support on Steph's friends mum tomorrow......
