Gym done and dusted, did cardio and some lower body stuff...... then I spent a few hours in the nail room, I had lost all motivation for nails, but slowly getting it back.
Food is the boring old same stuff, poached eggs on toast for breakfast, lunch usually some ham in a wrap, and dinner well I tend to repeat the same old 5 or 6 things.... not sure if I will bother tracking, I still weigh stuff to keep an eye on it. I try and point out my day like breakfast is 5 points, lunch is about 8-10 points max and dinner is about 10 points max. and then some snacks in between.

Oh yeah weigh day tomorrow - am just hoping on a loss :)
