Day 43 WW Personal Plan...

I am struggling food wise.... I am going to change my weigh in day to Wednesday, Friday is not working for me, I tend to keep eating all weekend cause I dont need to weigh in till Friday, and then it just continues throughout the week. I will have a massive gain, and struggling to get food under control.

On a positive went to the gym this morning, and did lower body.
