Today well soon actually I am going to pick up my gym tag, I dont know why I am so nervous, it is staffed from 9.30am, so need to wait till then. I was originally going to just look and start tomorrow, but decided I will start today by doing a smaller workout. Prob be just cardio maybe, not sure will see when I arrive there. Wish me luck.....
Oh and my blood sugars are so so close to being normal.
Well I bloody did it, was not a long workout by any means but I did the rower and some upper body stuff, OMG my fitness has got so bad, but the only way is up now, doubt I could get much unfitter (is that even a word) lol, but I must admit it felt bloody good to be back in the gym.
