Well last night didn't really end well, I ended up having McDonald's, I was just in the mood for fast food, but anyway that was yesterday, today now will be Satay Kebabs. First morning I have not had a headache and feel like I have so much more energy. Might even go for a small walk today.
I had clients this week but cancelled at the beginning of the week, as I was unsure if I had covid, and working in a close environment, just was not worth the risk. Though I am doing a regular this afternoon, now I feel better.
Day has been good, nice to feel nearly 100%, tomorrow I am going to do measurements, and then remeasure at the beginning of each month. I want to be 20 kilos lost by the end of the month, which is 1.9 kilos to lose this month. Anyway going to bed soon, catch you all tomorrow.
