Weigh in - knew it would be a gain, so call me a chicken but have decided not to weigh in this week. Drinking water to start with today is going to be a must. In 38 days on WW I have not tracked two days, for me thats pretty impressive.
No gym today, having Isaac here, I have managed to tweak my back - oh by the way he went home last night, but today is housework and getting the house back to normal. I miss him badly though.
