Day 32 WW Personal Plan...

Weigh in this morning was....... and bugga I am not in the 139's..... 

But I am in the 138's - todays weigh in was a loss of 1.4 Kilos. It was a 10 day week though as I was weighing in on a Tuesday. So weight now is 138.6 Kilos, only 500 grams to get to my 20 Kilos gone. Crossing fingers it will be this time next week. I would be absolutely stoked. So on WW I have lost 6.5 Kilos in 4 weeks.

Today is a gym day and it is lower body, tonight is my free meal, I have one free meal a week I dont track and thats on a Friday. 

OMG I have just seen that "This is Us" have got a 6th season, available on Amazon Prime, I loved this series. So guess what I am doing this afternoon.

I am going to start going to the gym about 7ish from now on, hopefully it won't be too busy. I will be going tomorrow and have Sunday free. I am hoping I can still get to the gym next week with baby Isaac here. Just maybe not my 5 times. 

Still cant believe I have lost 6.5 kilos in 4 weeks...... I am on a bit of a natural high lol. I really am hoping I will lose 500 grams this week, will be great to get to the 20 kilo loss again.
