Day 46 WW Personal Plan...

Today I went to the gym and did cardio and a little bit of lower body. I then picked up the puppies from the groomers, they go every 6 weeks, they are nice and soft and fluffy. 



And another one off baby Isaac, first time at the beach..... and he loved it :)


I am feeling so tired today, not used to these 6.30am mornings lol. But I am sure my body will adjust :)

I cant believe, how my blood sugars have changed so much in just 6 weeks, never expected them to turn around so quick..... healthy eating most of the time does work - who would have known lol
