Ok weigh in day today, so starting of on a nice clean week... I gained 1.3 Kilos over 2 weeks..... soo back down to needing 1.8 Kilos to lose my 20 Kilos. Am grateful that I am still in the 130's just lol.
But today is a new week, so going to focus on one day at a time. No gym today, it is housework day.
It is raining and so muggy.....
This morning had poached eggs on toast, about to start drinking my water. Dont really enjoy water but I do know how beneficial it is for me....
Lunch was low carb wraps with salad, so far going well..... water half way.
Vagary have just released Part 2 of their Botanical collection, there was so much I wanted but narrowed my choice down to this one...... I love it :). They sell out so fast.
Water done and dusted phew.... I really struggle when the weather is not sunny, have had some heavy rain and the mugginess has gone. Tonights dinner is satay chicken kebabs with homemade fries and veggies, so think I today will end up being a success. Tomorrow morning is the gym again :)
