Day 31 WW Personal Plan....

Gym done and dusted.... bonus 7 points from the gym today, I worked my little butt off...... well ok not so little but one day lol. I did the Bike/Upper Body/Treadmill. I really enjoyed it, felt good to push myself that little bit harder.

Dinner tonight is something with mince, thats about as far as I got.....

Clients done for the day, went and got some groceries... going to make a homemade pie for dinner, nice and easy and I have a ton of weekly points left so even going to indulge in flakey pastry lol. Steph and baby Isaac are coming down on Sunday, the funeral is Monday. Going to make some Pumpkin Soup on the weekend, just feeling like it. Not sure if I will use a WW recipe or fins one of the internet. 

Tomorrow is weigh in, really hope I am still in the 130's, will be happy with anything under 139.9 lol.
