Day 49 WW Personal Plan......

Today is a gym day and did upper, pushed myself and upped my weights yay.....

Did my nails this afternoon, will upload a photo tomorrow. Have no idea where the day has gone, did heaps of little jobs that have been on my to do list for weeks, feels good, have to do taxes next week but that is easy, I am all organised for that :). 

Have not tracked today but pretty much have eaten what I eat most days, poached eggs on toast, didn't have lunch, had some feijoas, which were not quite ripe bugga - feijoas are my favourite fruit... dinner tonight is homemade wedges in the air-fryer, with some sour cream and bacon bits and either steak or sausages and some veggies. 

And on that note, I am out of here, catch you tomorrow :)
