I doubt I will get to the gym while Issac is here..... I want to spend as much time here with him as possible, this way I can do the breakfast shift and Steph can get some more much needed sleep. He is going through the sleep regression stage. He will be 8 months old tomorrow.
Today will be 17 years that my mum passed away, I still miss her very much and so sad she could not meet her great grandson.
Tonights dinner Pumpkin Soup and not sure what else. Wow cant believe it is 35 days of tracking, I have had the odd takeout, but have not binged on junk food. Also cant believe I have lost 6.5 kilos in that time, I do know that in the next week or two, that my weight loss will slow right down..... and thats when I know I will struggle.
Isaac and I went for a walk, prob not the best time of day at 1pm, it was a bit warm.... and OMG I nearly died lol. But now I am home and cooled down a bit, I am pleased I went. Isaac is currently fast asleep in the pram.
I am knackered, who needs a gym with a 8 month old.... going to try and go for a walk everyday.
