SOLD......

What a relief, the house has sold.... house prices were getting lower every week..... and more houses were going on the market. On Friday I am picking up my sister and are going to the lawyers.... the lawyers are in Tauranga. Last night's sleep was crap.... for whatever reason. Dad was the first person to live in his street, so now there are no more original home owners in the street. 

The stress has gone now - now to focus back on me, am going to start swimming again after the school holidays....Isaac then starts school after the holidays. 

I am trying to organise the movers who moved the china cabinets over last time, to pick up the lounge suite, a rug and a single bed, in the next couple of weeks. 

I can now confirm to Toyota the settlement day..... so hopefully a car gets allocated to me sooner rather than later. I am getting the 2026 Rav 4, but there is a delay on them - could be anytime from 2 months - 8 months.....

I have just cleaned out the back sun area, swept etc..... its nice and sunny out there, going to go out and get some vitamin D today - also today or tomorrow I will mow the lawns....

No lawns today, poor Isaac is so sick and sleeping, so don't want to wake him....

Well been feeling a bit emotional now, the sale of dad's house has sunk in.
