Today will be a stressful day, tomorrow morning we will know for sure if the first, or second contract will buy dad's house, they have till midnight tonight to come up with the funds..... I will be pissed if the first contract are just fucking us around and know they can't get the finance but waiting till the last possible moment to tell their lawyer, if they get the finances organised I will take this all back lol. The back up contract is a cash buyer, the first contract was that they needed to sell their house, which has not sold.
Today's plans, hang around the laptop to check the emails every minute.......
Did all my kitchen chores this morning.....

Just got an email from our lawyer asking their lawyer if the first potential buyers have finance or if they can cancel that contract.... hope they respond quickly, this is making me feel ill the stress of it all.
First potential clients have come back and can not get finance so their contract is cancelled, we are hoping by end of today the back up buyers will be unconditional.
Finally the house is officially sold.... I feel relieved but sad, Dad and my grandfather built the house and it was a family home and dad had lived in it 50 odd years...... a sad day..... but relieved it will be time to move on.....
I am feeling exhausted...... am taking tomorrow off then back into better food choices and walking again Wednesday.

Phew, so glad you have your your buyer finally. Time to move and and be happy for the next family who will move into the house.
