Honesty Time....

Yesterday, I removed my nails, I had done a boring brown colour and hated every minute of them, I will redo them probably on Saturday, David is doing overtime.....

Honesty Time, since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago, I have gained just over 2 kilos, and my blood sugars have increased by about 3 points, today I start getting back on track.... eating a good breakfast and more protein, taking regular blood sugar levels etc etc..... I know its not a huge gain, but I need to get on top of my eating now and not in three weeks time. Next week becomes my official week 1 :)

Today's plans walk first (but it's raining currently), then not sure what will happen for the rest of the day...

Walk done...

A bit quicker than yesterday, and it didn't rain... I have so many walking areas I can do around here.... 

This just came up on my news feed..... "Dr Alex" some good points here...

Anyway shower and then not sure, kindy drop off later :)

Benefits of walking, I no longer have a headache, the fresh air helps so much with it, and no sweaty machine at gyms that people don't wipe down, which hopefully means no bugs lol :)

I seem to wake up with a headache most mornings... think it is cause it is too hot in the bedroom, might turn off the thermal heating in there tonight. Am thinking of putting my gym membership on hold, while I do this walking challenge, it will save me $25.00 a week....

Isaac dropped off at kindy, perscription picked up....

Well today has been nice and cruisy, I have been googling yoga for fat people, have found a few youtubes, I am going to give a go. Tomorrow I will be doing yoga from home. I have no balance what so ever.... so something I really need to work on. 

For mothers day, we are just going to do a lunch here with Steph and the kids - that way not to much stress, it will be stressful going out with a nearly one year old who just wants to walk and climb lol, oh and a new scream he has just discovered, I am sure other families don't want to hear that lol.

  1. I’m really admiring your goals and endeavours. One thing that really gets up my nose is people who rely on doctors and drugs to fix them and not prepared to put in any work themselves. Keep up your great work. Marie, Melbourne

    1. Thanks, I must admit, I was tempted to try a weight loss drug but no I can do it this way, yes I will stuff up but as long as I get back on track within a short time, is the main thing, having this new walking goal is really motivating me :).
