Have Made A Decision....

Today I have decided to first start a programme to walk 5k's....., then I will aim for 10k's...

This is a rough programme of what I hope to do.... I think I have been lacking in a goal of some sort.... I am excited :)

6-Week Beginner Training Plan

Week: 1-2: Walk 15-20 minutes, 4-5 days a week at a comfortable pace.

Week 3-4: Increase to 30 minutes, 4-5 days a week, adding light hills.

Week 5: Build up to 40-45 minutes for your main weekly walk.

Week 6: Focus on a 50-60 minute walk, or a 3-mile walk to prepare for the 5k distance.

Key Training TipsConsistency:

Walking 4-5 days a week builds the habit and endurance faster than fewer, longer sessions.

Long Walk: Once a week, take a longer, slower walk (up to 60 minutes) to build stamina.

Intervals: To increase speed, try 10x 60-second "brisk" efforts (hard to converse) followed by 30 seconds of slow walking.

Rest & Recovery: Take 1-2 days off per week to allow muscles to recover.

Shoes: Wear comfortable, flexible athletic shoes to prevent injuries like shin splints.

First walk starts today.... once daylight is here.... I plan to walk in the rain as well, I am sure I wont melt, once I get to longer walks I might do some lake walks etc....

Oh toes, yes they are sore again gggrrrr, I should have worn sox yesterday, but no went out in jandals whoops, not as bad as before though :).

Back Later :)

Walk done.... no pressure for these walks, my knee hurt to begin with but by the end was fine..... baby steps :). Hell I might even do some 5k's walks in a race, well not a race but you know what I mean lol

And it didn't rain... now to do some housework, then drop Isaac of at kindy :)

Well been to Kmart, and got Steph some mummy day's presents from the kiddos :). I was looking for slippers but nothing took my fancy...... so will look elsewhere on the weekend.

Well my sister rung and we are listing the house at $699,000 this is what people were saying it is worth with roof etc, interest rates are going up, cost of living is only getting worse, and we both want this over with now. So hopefully in the next couple of months, we will get an offer. I am not sure if I mentioned we had an offer a couple of weeks ago or maybe last week, but we turned it down it was just to low. It was a young family but the max mortgage had no room for movement, we will accept any over $650,000 we have decided.

I am exhausted going to sign of, catch you tomorrow.
