And just like that March is here....
Weigh in - lost 1.5 kilos this month, and now down 30.4 Kilos (66.4lbs),slowly but surly getting there.
I slept so well last night, bones are still a little weary lol, I really need to get back to the gym next week, hopefully Monday :)
Oh and even better news, Indycar season starts this weekend.......

Any weight down is good. I can't manage to lose a gram - I seem to have forgotten how to lose weight! I hope you are enjoying your new home :)
ReplyDeleteYip starting to feel like home, still a few things we want to do but no hurry. Weight - no goals just focussing on weighing less at the end of the year for now.
