Well I missed a few days, ok only 2 days, yesterday we went to visit my Dad, and I set up his new to him iPad, we were going to do some stuff around the house but it was to wet....
Saturday I had my first game of mini golf on the VR with Chris (son) and his flatmate, took a bit of getting used to it, but by about the 14th hole I had it sussed..... I forgot to turn on my Apple watch for it, but the VR did my move and this is what the results were.... next time I will turn the Apple watch on and compare.....
And that was about my days, oh I did watch some Documentaries on the VR, it was immersive videos, watched the JFK Assassination, plus the Twin Towers and then watched a documentary on Covid in the USA, it is so much more interesting being there so to speak....And now on to today......
Today I want to do a boxing video, prob still only do 10-15 minutes as my arms were pretty sore the day after the other one lol. Next week I am hoping to start back at the pool, well after Waitangi Day, also my gym membership starts back as well so trying to work out my fitness routine for the week, thinking pool 2 times a week, and gym 2-3 times a week, with some VR fitness classes added in. Monday/Wednesday/Friday - Gym
Tuesday/Thursday - Pool
Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday - VR Fitness
Saturday - Day Off
The key for me is to keep busy to avoid eating junk food.....

I did boxing on the VR today, two sessions, still both beginners - not going to lie my arms are feeling a bit like jelly and can feel it in my legs a bit as well. But I am bloody loving it....
Nothing much else planned for today at this stage, maybe some groceries I suppose......
