Well today, might be a swim depending on how I feel and how warm it gets, as well as my swim, I am planning to do my first workout on the VR, I have a seven day free trial and if I like it, I think it is about $35 a month, this will happen after Isaac has gone home, which will be lunchtimish.......
Oh was going to start at the big pool this week, but it is still school holidays and having only one pool open, I am sure it will be busy with those little school aged brats, so will start after Waitangi Day when they are all back at school :).
And thats me for now...

Well this afternoon was fun, I did a 10 min boxing session plus a 5 min warm up..... and then went for a swim for about 40 minutes with Isaac for most of it.... OMG I love the VR so much...
I also downloaded the Les Mills App on there it cost about $45 (NZ$), but you have it for life so thats an ok deal. It had been about 3 days since I was in the pool and was so refreshing, though a little chilly :).
