Well today is a gym free day and thank god for that, my arms and legs feel like they have been hit by a bus lol. I am dreading doing clients today lol.
I am currently cleaning out the freezer from older meat, so tonight is sausages, some sort of veges and not sure what else, maybe mashed potatoes.
Just had my daughter on the phone, her friends mum had her life support turned off..... she is hurting as well, as she knew her really well. Even though she is 26 she is still my baby girl. Life sucks the mum was only 52.
Todays food, well am struggling, but I am tracking everything, thank god there is not a pile of junk food in the pantry, cause shit I would be in trouble. Thank god for weeklies cause I will certainly be using them today. Weigh day Friday, am hoping I am still in the 130's. Next goal is 138.1 to make my 20 kilos lost.
Well clients done for today, one more tomorrow, then none till next week. Anyway time to cook dinner and then another early night, my arms are feeling a lot better this afternoon, all ready to do an upper body tomorrow. No water today and boy can I feel it. I am so dehydrated, drunk coke no sugar instead gggrrrrr. At least with the gym, it is a darn sight easier to drink my water.

How tragic for that woman to die at only 52. It really hits home when it is someone you know.
