Currently waiting for IndyCar to start.... thought it was 6am, but it looks likes it starts at 6.30am....
Heard from the Real Estate Agent, and she said the back up buyers now have Lim report etc and are on track with finance, hope that is a good sign.... will know at the latest by Thursday. They are going to get a quote for the roof.....
Well the shortest day has been, more daylight coming :).
Anyway back later the race is about to start :).
Just finished spot cleaning the furniture, a job I had mean to do for weeks..... two loads of washing done....kitchen cleaned.... trying to keep busy so I don't keep checking the email.
Who am I kidding, I still check the emails every 5 bloody minutes....
The house has sold...... at this stage the back up buyers have it, we now have to give 5 working days to the first people to organise finance. The house will go unconditional on Monday next week, if the first people can not come up with finance by then. Depending on who gets it, settlement is Early August or late August.
