Stress Will Be Less.....

Having the house sold is such a stress relief, there were so many houses coming on the market, that it would have been harder and harder to sell. I really hope the back up couple get it..... I was quite emotional yesterday, happy yet sad, this is the last tie to mum and dad. Settlement day is either 7th August, if back up couple or the 21st August, if the first couple get it. 

Isaac stayed last night, first time in months, he shared my bed, that was the condition...... he did really well, and hopefully it will become a weekly thing again :), and eventually get back into his bed, where David currently sleeps as his snoring, just kept me awake most nights. Will do kindy drop off, then hopefully do my nails, which I still have to do :).

He is such a good kid, most of the time....

I hope we hear sooner rather than in 6 days time, if the first couple can't get the finance organised.... we just want it finalised....
