Bloody Red Alerts on phones, yeah I know they are useful, but why send it after the heavy heavy rain..... it gives me a hell of a fright, we got it, and then 5 minutes later the heavy rain stopped......
My god I am looking forward to winter, this mugginess is doing my head in. Was going to go for a walk today but it is so hot out there, so will go to the gym and do it on the treadmill.
I just want next week to be over, when we will get an offer on the house, we hope its in the ballpark of what we are thinking, now with the roof and asbestos. I am now at the point, I want it over, at least we didn't have to list it and crap.
Anyway am of to the gym soon.....
Gym done and dusted, decided to finish my upper workout from yesterday, when I came home not good.
Today the gym was a lot cooler thank god. Not a great workout but still happy with it :). Have the Dutch Market this morning, but not sure if we are going......
Well we went to the Dutch Market, had some croquets and I didn't purchase any junk food, like we normally do, and they had my favourite dutch liquorice, but didn't buy any, am proud of myself :).
Oh still have not touched a drop of Coke Zero Sugar..... have had nothing but water, except for my daily morning iced coffee and protein drink after exercise :).
Anyway nothing else to report, just cooked some butter chicken kebabs for a late lunch, it was really nice. It is my birthday on Wednesday, maybe I will have some cake or something on the day - anyway thats it from me for today, catch you all tomorrow :)
