Soon I am going to the gym, I am dressed ready to go, just waiting till about 8am, hope its not busy being a weekend..... I am waiting for my watch to charge....
Steph and family have gone to her dads, she went Friday but came back home, there were so many roadworks, just over two hours and she only got to Tirau..... which is normally a 45 min drive, but add screaming kids and it was to much lol. So they left yesterday morning, and come back Tuesday, then Isaac starts kindy Wednesday.
We are only suppose to get to 17 degrees today, yay :). Oh and think why I know why my back/shoulder area is sore, its the fan I sleep with, I moved it so it's closer to me and maybe it's giving me a slight chill or something, time will tell :)
Gym done, Thermal Pool done, Water Drunkin.... I feel good that I went :). Today I did Lower and Wrist exercises.... As it was raining, I did my walk on the treadmill, so all planned exercise done this week. The gym was really quiet only 2 other people there plus me, when I left there were about 10 people so all in all it was good :).
