Well in the last few days, I discovered we have Red Currants and Pumpkin..... keep finding all this new stuff, lucky I have a plant app, cause I would have no idea otherwise, so before I pull anything out I check it with the app. I am not a gardener at all lol. Thank god for technology :)
I still cant believe we are all settled in by Christmas, I have rearranged a few things around which weren't quite working, and think it is all done now and am happy with it.
When we first put the house on the market we never dreamt we would have sold so quick. How we did it, was declutter, we took everything of the walls, excluding one mirror and one painting, we took everything personal away, and basically had a couch 2 chairs and a coffee table and TV in the lounge, Dinning Room just the table and chairs, we had a small corner for about 3 or 4 of Isaacs toys, bedrooms just the beds and dressers, nothing on them at all, it didn't feel like ours which is what we wanted to feel, it also meant people could envisage their stuff in it, we took everything of the kitchen bench, except for the little oven and microwave. when we had open homes and viewings, we removed all the smaller stuff, including coffee machine etc..... we listed Thursday first person through on open home Sunday had an offer in and accepted on the Wednesday. We pretty much got what we expected, only $5000 less. Its becoming a buyers market nowadays and our house was perfect for a family, it sold to first home buyers, if your house is priced well it will sell. Admittedly it wasn't a house in the million plus, but the options out there are more and more now for home buyers, in a lot of price ranges, and those that were in the million plus are now selling for under the million, plus interest rates are coming down. House prices have come down even in the last 3 months,......
On other news I am going to have a second grandchild, Steph is pregnant again, she is 9 weeks 3 days today, there is a slight hiccup her bloods came back for JKa Antibodies, it means baby has a high chance of coming out anaemic, it also means Steph and possible baby will not be able to have normal blood transfusions and now needs to wear a medic alert, they think there was a cross contamination in bloods when Isaac was born. This is a small blurb about it "Anti-Jka antibodies can cause hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN) during pregnancy. HDFN occurs when maternal antibodies cross the placenta and attack the fetus's red blood cells. This can lead to serious consequences for the baby, including anemia, hyperbilirubinemia, and even death. However, with close monitoring and timely treatment, babies with HDFN have a high survival rate."
They will be monitoring her very carefully, as well as the baby with special scans later on in the pregnancy, and it is highly unlikely baby will go full term, she had her first scan about 10 days ago, I got to go it was so special. You can get also get it from a blood transfusion but she has never had one, so they are assuming form the last pregnancy, This will be her last pregnancy now, the risks get higher the more babies she has.
And thats about my news for now, catch you soon :).
Congrats on being a grandmother and another one coming that is so cool. Miss our blogs
