I forgot to mention my weight I have stayed the same weight I was last year so still about 22 Kilos down, I am so grateful I have not put it back on.... no weight loss goals this year, just focusing on getting healthier overall.
I did start my wrist exercises yesterday, so thats a start....
I just did my walk and then did some biking, I have one of those mini exercise bikes, which I forgot about so did that as well this morning...
Walk this morning, I was so close to a KM, maybe tomorrow, then did my Exercycle thingee.
Oh my thumb, it is still very sore but not throbbing right now.....
