Alarm Set..... Wednesday 10th January 2023

 Have my alarm set for 11.55am for the 'Vagary' drop....

I got up just after 6am and went for my walk, was it short - YES, did I go slow - YES, did my knee hurt (I need a total knee replacement), YES but not as bad as I thought it would...... tomorrow I may go a fraction longer, for now it is just about seeing how my knee holds up. Step 1 in action....

I might go for a dip in the pool later, though it is 26 degrees it does not feel that warm, but am sure by about 1pm it will..... I will see if Isaac wants to go with me, makes it more fun :)

Back later after hopefully with good news that I got the dress I want lol....

And yes I got the dress, ended up getting this one only at nearly $295 with postage I feel thats enough lol - and just like that only one left in my size....

Just been for a swim, and seeing as Isaac didn't want to join me, I tried to see what sort of exercise I could do in the pool, was surprised how much I could do so turned on the Apple watch and this is what I managed to do :)

Not bad for a little pool lol, I did some kicking and arm stuff with a little board... in total was in the pool for about an hour.

And on that note thats me for today, oh I also swept up all the leaves so all in all today was more exercise than I have done for a long time :)
