Today not sure what I am doing, no walk - its already to warm, depending on what tonight is like I might go on one then. I am planning a splash in the pool today :)
I am thinking of adding some small weights doing upper and lower body stuff, till I start at the gym again in about 3 or so weeks.
Might even start today, I have a program already set up, just need to find the weights etc....
I felt quite unwell yesterday, think it was dehydration, so today I am starting the water, even if it is just one glass..... that will be my third tick of my list of five for goals this year :). The gym will start next month and the pool will be when they reopen the pools at the aquatic centre, which is hopefully soon.

After sitting on my bum most of the day, apart from when I decided to clean out the fridge, first thing this morning. I decided to find my weights etc and the workouts I had saved and did the Lower Body Strength Training, my god I was fucked........ after I had a freezing cold shower which was bliss.
Was thinking about a swim but it started raining, yeah bizarre thinking I know, after all you get wet in the pool, so thats when I decided to do the strength training, tomorrow plan is a walk again hopefully the same route as yesterday :).It has been raining on and off all day.
Oh yeah third tick on my chart, I drunk 750mls water, just got to keep it up :)

If only I could motivate myself to have a little exercise routine. Weights, movement etc. It's so damn hot but then that's just an excuse. I must do better :) Good that you are walking, it does get easier.
