OMG last night was so hot when I went to bed, it was still 26 degrees....... and it was miserable, even a fan couldn't keep the room cool. We don't have air con but think we might have to look at it, as last year was not that hot, we didn't miss it but this year a completely different situation.
Right now it is cloudy and warm, but the sun is due to come out in a couple of hours time, I am sure the dip in the pool will be a lifeline... I am certainly getting a bigger pool next year thats for sure, and when we buy our forever/Retirement home I am going to have a pool no matter what and a pool I can get a training rope in and can swim.
No walk this morning, or hand/wrist exercises, my knee is a bit sore and my wrist is also playing up, the wrist usually gets really painful just before rain and guess what next week's weather is suppose to be RAIN, RAIN and more RAIN.....
My thumb is getting better each day, the bruising is starting to go down now. I have taken my extensions of all my nails and am going to finish my Lego that Steph got me for Christmas, so much easier with no nails lol. She got me this one....

Well a dip/swim went down very nice.....
Tonights dinner is fresh snapper, Steph went to visit her friend and they go fishing a lot, and they gave her some snapper for her and us..... Yummm, going to dip in egg and flour and fry in butter.
I will prob have another swim later..... it has been really good being able to close my rings on my apple watch :).

And this is how long I spent in the pool today, Isaac joined me for about 45 min on the afternoon swim which was nice.
Nearly 2 hours 15 min in the pool and loved every minute of it - time now to get dinner ready :)
