Well weighed in, and so bloody close, needed to lose 1.1 Kilo and lost 1 kilo, so am 140 kilos, so bloody close ggrrrrrrr lol. I have gone down another point in my daily food. Oh well maybe by Friday when I do my new weigh day.
Did another covid test today as they said to on day 4 if I still had symptoms, still negative phew.
Tonights dinner, I was seriously thinking about take out, but got some satay chicken kebabs out so easy to make. Not sure what we will have with it at this stage. But whatever it is, it will be less points than a takeout.
Wow its officially Autumn today, where the hell did January and February go too.... I know WW works for me, and getting a point for water makes me actually drink it lol.
Finally feeling better, the headache has gone, and coughing less. Might even go for a small walk tomorrow. Drunk my water for today, yesterday I didn't have any, maybe if I had I would have lost the 100 grams I needed to get to the 130's lol.

Hi, just so you know I'm reading along. I can't comment much on WW as I have no idea how that works now. Good that your tests have been negative although it's coming for us for sure! The grandkids have been sick but tests were negative.
ReplyDeleteWW now also have a diabetic plan, which I was considering if my blood sugars didn't come down, but they have and so close to normal now, I think another week and they will be back to normal. I still might try it when my body is used to smaller amounts of food, just to see what it is all about. All I know is that fruit are pointed, but am currently trying to keep my fruit to two servings a day.
