Day 18 WW Personal Plan...

Yesterday ended way over points, first the Boerewos and then I found some Poppa Jacks and ate heaps..... I did track, hence why yesterdays points were way over (I did track), I felt down, the house felt empty and all I wanted to do was eat - the joys of being an emotional eater :(.

Anyway today is a new day and feeling somewhat better, had a good sleep, have a chicken breast out for dinner and making a WW recipe burger with them, they are chicken and egg burgers. I am going to try and get out for a walk again and start building up my fitness.

Hmmmm wonder if I will make my goal of hitting the 130's on Tuesday weigh in. 

Just had a big salad and salmon for lunch, it was so nice......

Well dinner was so so, just wasn't hungry - this afternoon David had to fix the sliding door in the bedroom wardrobe, to do that he had to empty the contents, I got pissed, cause I was feeling like crap (Hope I dont have covid), no sore throat, just a massive headache, anyway decided to go through everything, threw out a bag of old shoes, have 2 big bags of clothes for donation. I am sure they will appreciate plus size clothes, just stuff I didn't wear this summer or last winter. So after bitching I am glad it got done, tomorrow I will go through the draws. It always feels good to declutter.....

Anyway I am off to bed soon, and hopefully tomorrow I will wake up feeling better.
