Well stomach bug came back through the night - not good. Or it could be the fact I had Burger King last night and it didn't agree with me and it was karma.... will see if I go for a walk a bit later, my wrist has been killing me all night, not sure if it was lifting up Eli for the last 3 days, or the fact that it was so cold in yesterday's morning's walk.....but may need to change my time of the day, till it's a bit warmer.
Oh and last night we got another offer.... $10,000 under what we want, so will counter, we know the lim and builders report will come back fine... so finance is the only thing that could stop it, once they are ready to go unconditional (if it happens), a 5 day clause kicks in for the first potential buyers to come up with finance. This offer is for early August settlement.
Anyway back later....
Counter has gone back, hopefully hear back today or tomorrow and then we sit and wait t see if they can get finance.... they have two weeks.
Isaac is here, just got him a McDonalds Happy Meal, I got nothing, did not want to trigger another episode. Stomach is still very touch and go.....
Cooked some satay chicken and had a wrap, was nice, lets see how long I keep it in lol.
Isaac went home about 3.30ish.... so nice and peaceful here, oh cancelled my friends nail appointment today, didn't want her to risk getting the bug.
Still waiting to hear back from the potential 2nd offer, to see if they will accept our counter. The partner/husband? is still overseas, so may not know anything more till tomorrow sometime.
