A New Week, that Means Next Week Thursday we Should.....

A new week, that means by next week Thursday, we will know if the back up contract on dad's house will go unconditional, if it does, we will then know if we have sale, but then we will have to give the first people 5 day's to go unconditional. We are so close with 2 offers, but they could both still go belly up.....

Was about to head out for a walk, when I got an SOS from Steph, could I have Isaac, and who am I to say No. So he is here sitting next to me :). Might go for a walk together later, if it stops raining. 

Eli's birthday on Saturday, he will be one :). 

Anyway back later.... oh and slept in till 5.45am :)

I might not have been for a walk, but instead after I sent Isaac home, I mowed the lawns which were soaking wet and long, and bloody tough to mow...... I don't why I am the only one that seems to mow the lawns here 80% of the time, when there are three other adults in this house, well two in the unit and two here.....

I just looked out the door, which is open so I can smell the grass, and the Tui is back enjoying the orange, I believe it is my dad..... he loved birds :).
