Today, not sure what is happening, we were going to go to Hamilton for the day but as David is still not well, have decided against it. Might go and pick up a heated pet bed for Rusty, speaking of Rusty, he had his first injection last Wednesday, so every week for 4 weeks, then monthly. He also has break through pain meds for when he is extra sore. Oh and more than likely groceries will be got as well.....

Am hoping tomorrow, I will get back to the gym or a walk..... think I am feeling better enough, now :).

I must be feeling better, I have been pottering, tidying up area's outside....

This time 6 months ago, I was saying goodbye to dad, and saying I would see him in the morning, but that never happened, he had passed away in the early hours of tomorrow morning...... the hospice nurse was pretty confident he would make it through the night, but dad had other ideas.... for some reason the 6 month mark has hit harder... ;(.
