Well here I was saying I would not pick up a bug, now that I am not going to the gym, well that was not true, I have picked up a bug, but still going for a walk, even if it is a slow walk, its still a walk, just waiting for daylight.... bloody hell lol.
Todays plans, clean the kitchen and try and find that bloody lego piece.... I can't go any further till I find the piece.... it has to be there somewhere...

Walk done...
One thing I have learn't is not to do stretches where I am on my knee's, my knee the one that will need a replacement at some stage, is so sore, surprisingly it was not to bad on the walk... time to have a shower... and some poached eggs for breakfast :)
And find that bloody lego piece.... ggggrrrrr
Lego piece found, it had landed in the trolley next to the table I work on, bloody hell I also had spent half an hour trying to find that little piece in what is now Isaac's lego.... and pulled out the furniture etc to find it.
Kitchen all nice and clean, not that it was dirty lol. Might go and do some more lego...
Lego done, well more of it, here is a photo update, but bad news one of the dials is not working properly so going to have to dismantle some steps, so that was my cue to stop for the day.... you can add a bluetooth speaker and it actually works - well will hopefully work lol.
Not much else has happened, looking forward to my shorter walks... and not using petrol to get to the gym. Tomorrow I will try a different route.. The gym was starting to stress me out, one being not everyone wipes equipment after and that is just yukkk to me, also trying to get the timing right when it isn't busy...
