Offer....

Well we got an offer, and countering it,  but it is in the ball park we want so happy with that. The couple have just listed their house on the market in Waihi, listed it yesterday. Lets hope it sells quick....

I am dressed to go for a walk, will I go hopefully, back is still sore, and I will go a bit later when it is not so cold.... might be a slow one....

Walk done, slower than other walks but thats cool, I got out there and did my 5/5 walks for the week.

David is working today.... Indycar fast Friday is on TV, for another 3 or so hours, I am going to have a shower and then continue to watch it.....
