Daylight Savings end tonight, yay the mornings are going to be lighter, but will that mean I will now wake up at 4am instead of 5am....... bloody hope not.
I am still deciding if I will go for a walk or the gym...... but am dressed and raring - ok not raring but ready to go..... if I do a walk it will be a shorter one I think. Thinking as I am not going to the pool for the next two weeks, might do gym 4 times, and walk 2 times a week.
Anyway thats me for now....
Walk done and did 2.6kms in 43 minutes, so about 1 1/2 min slower per km, than my last walk 3 weeks ago I think.... but I did it :). I went further than I thought I would.
I left at 7.12am..., now I have caught my breath a bit, time to have a shower and breakfast.....
