Today's plans not much, gym first.....
Then drop off for Isaac to kindy....
Then look after Eli for a couple of hours as Steph has an appointment....
Then not sure....
Oh and pick up my meds.....
Gym done and tomorrow is a rest day - yay lol. I burnt 494 active calories in about 60 minutes....
Through the night my ankle was quite sore, its the one I have broken a few times... today I did rower as my warm up and it hurt on there, so thinking thats what was triggering it.
No drop off for Isaac, he has really bad croup..... so will come here with Eli later today.
Well had a busy day with kiddo's..... about to cook dinner and thats me for today...
