Slept In.... and Oh Weigh In....

OMG I slept in till nearly 7am, admittedly I had a crap sleep.... but 7am wow lol.

Weigh In I am back down and only 100 grams to get to 40 kilo's gone again..... 

IndyCar first practice is on soon, so will watch that.... am feeling better, coughing up phlegm and emptying my nose so thats good :). 

Not sure of today's plans maybe groceries and thats about it :). It's really muggy out there today.

Might go and game a bit.... its bloody muggy today...

Isaac came over and we played Astro Bot together it was nice....

  1. I am a reader of yours and don’t think I’ve ever commented. Just want to say what a remarkable job you’ve done on your weight loss and your willpower. I don’t have an addiction, but I believe Diet Coke is an addiction, have read awful stuff about these diet drinks and how hard it is to get off them. Well done!! I am 72 next week and a very regular gym goer, I love weight lifting and find it beneficial for every day life, good on you for making exercise a regular thing in your life, it’s a great habit.
