Have no idea where yesterday went...
But my bloody sore throat and headache has come back...... WTF.
Kindy drop off this morning, then I think I will just blob for the day as it is coldish and wet out there, I pay for Netflix, Disney Plus and Prime TV, and never watch the stuff.... Disney is mainly for Isaac, but even he never really watches it.....

Well I shut the curtains, got dressed in my nighty after drop off, turned on the thermal heaters and snuggled down for the day.... sore throat has gone again.... I slept for a lot of the afternoon.
I have decided to restart the exercise next week, and just try and get this bug over and done with....
Did start watching some crap on Netflix in between naps....
Oh my diabetes tests are so close to normal now..... can't believe how much they have gone down I was in the 19 - 24 mmo/l before I started this journey now I am 8 mmo/l or less nearly every test.... am hoping I can come of the metformin eventually and then start coming of the blood pressure tablets.... would like to be there by the end of the year :).
Oh and another thing my wedding rings are far to big.... as well now :).
I still have not had any coke no sugar or any fizzy since I started this journey, pretty much water and my iced coffee every morning.

That's amazing getting your blood sugar down. Too many diabetics don't take it seriously... well done and I hope you feel better soon.
