I Was Proud of Myself....

I was proud of myself yesterday, for lunch I had a curry and rice and a small naan bread, we didn't have dessert, came home and had a small piece of cheesecake and that was it... I cut another piece of cheesecake off for David and sent the rest home with Steph.... I would normally use my birthday as an excuse to binge...... oh and did have an iced white chocolate, but only had half....

Gym day today, lower body and then I need to pick up the puppies from the groomers.... Today will be a smaller workout, lower body usually is, I am not complaining, and tomorrow is my day off, well it wont really be, I am having Eli for the day, he is tiring.... and man he can move quick lol. 

Wow 2 weeks tomorrow where no Coke Zero Sugar has passed my lips, and still waiting on the house offer ggrrrrr..... I am starting to think it might not happen..... oh just googled it can take up to two weeks..... :(

Gym done, 263 active calories burnt, I did one machine less, and someone else was on it, but I was hot so decided to just leave it, I did the treadmill and my pants didn't keep falling down, that was a bonus... lol.

Well the house has fallen through, my gut was thinking that this morning, so now we need to list it, could have bloody listed it 3 weeks ago.....

Have not done a fruit haul for a while, todays haul :)

Apples galore, and we have so many on the tree still, going to stew some for Eli, can't believe he is 8 months tomorrow....and hundreds of tomatoes ripening up, and some of the last strawberries, think there is 4 in there. 

Feeling a bit better about the house, was not mean't to be, still disappointed but......

Well thats me for today.... exercise free dy tomorrow, but having Eli for the day so not really a rest day lol
