Today not much planned, we did the grocery shopping early, I watched the IndyCar Qualifying live at 6am, David is watching the rugby......
I purchased stuff to start my lower carb...... It will be over the next week, that I start changing over :).

My toe has been bloody sore, but the nail is starting to lift a bit, so some of the pressure is off, thank god, still cant wear any shoes,...
