Thursday - 8th February 2024.... Gym Day - Lower Body

Today is back to the gym, doing lower body, I am so tempted to go to the pool after just to cool down.

I think I will buy my own aqua jogging belt, might see where can I purchase one from maybe Rebel Sport sell them.

Today 'Mama Mane' have there drop, there are three dresses I want, Chris (Son) got me a voucher from there for Christmas, I think it happens 3pm or maybe 2 pm our time. 'Vagary' have also just showed us their new drop coming up, hope it is not to soon, as I really want one from there as well...... lol.

And todays work out, I did a small warm up, then did about 35 min lower body and the rest was wrist strengthening exercises. 

When I walked out of the gym, it felt like a heat wave, this heat is getting to me, the 'Mama Mane' drop I think is at 3pm. Tomorrow I think will be a pool day :)

Food has been a bit off the last couple of days, not sure why, not going overboard but not making the best choices :).

Dresses Got.......

I used my gift voucher and had to add a little extra cash lol - so 3 new dresses to add to my collection, the black and white one may be a little long, but should be easy enough to hem.....

I have so many Mama Mane dresses now.

Water drunk for the day as well..... now to go and try and cool of in this heat.....
