And just like that the first month is over, gees I hope it doesn't go as quick as last year.
No exercise today, every bone is feeling it, might just do a swim later, think Isaac is here for tonight, he is not doing very well, think is teeth are irritating him, and all he wants to do is be with his mum.
Its another hot day today, need to get some water down me, have been good with water the last few days, got to keep the momentum going.
I am so looking forward to getting back into the gym next week, if nothing else it means I am getting out of the house, as I get older I tend to be a home body and don't do people lol

No swim today, decided to have just a rest day, Isaac is asleep in bed, he is exhausted, he went to the "Lion Park" with his friend, he loved most of it apparently except the Lions lol. He loved the pigs and ducks....
Oh my blood sugar levels are so close to normal now, they have not been this low in years..... it feels so good :)
Anyway thats me for today......
