Thursday - 15th February 2024......

Not a lot has happened, was suppose to go to gym yesterday, but I didn't, was hoping to go to pool today, but lanes are booked out, so will be going to gym this morning instead. Instead I went to Kmart and spent some money on a new little table and chair set for Isaac, with some books and duplo, I also purchased a new makeup mirror, one with lights around, I think it will be good.....

Sunday Chris and his girlfriend were suppose to come down for my birthday, but she has covid, so now not sure what will be happening.....

Anyway back later with hopefully some exercise to report back on lol......

Well as you can tell I did make it to the gym, I had to force myself to go and like usual once there I did enjoy it..... but one thing that pisses me of big time, is people that don't wipe their machinery after they use it with disinfectant wipes..... so now I wipe before and after, I don't want some bloody yukky sweat all over me from the person before hand, and they are usually males in late 20's early 30's. Oh an one more thing those people that don't put the weights back in their proper places. Profiles constantly remind people to clean the equipment and put the weights away but still there are a select few that think they don't have too. Oh, I did upper body today :).

Looking forward to the pools tomorrow, I do prefer the pool but know for my wrist and knee the combination is a perfect match. 

Food I still have to get on top off........

My three dresses I purchased last week are in NZ, pending border clearance, I would so love them to be delivered tomorrow but think that will be pushing it..... I am still feeling a bit off, my knee is so sore, but spoke to my physio and I know in the long run, it is doing it good..... just need to get through this hump....
