14th October....

Finally starting to get into a routine, I go to the gym 4 times a week, the days I dont go, I do exercises at home the physio gave me. I am still trying to find a happy medium at the gym, where I dont end up in heaps of pain after but also pushing myself enough. I know I cant do any more damage to the knee cause it is completely bone on bone lol.

Low carb eating, I cant believe what food is now out there for low carb/keto, I know its been a few years since I really did it properly, not cheap thats for real but nice to know it is out there if I need something for a treat. Basically my meals are meat with salad for dinner, eggs of some sort for breakfast and sometimes bacon, nice and easy. I am sure there is more but brain is not working 100% right now thanks to pain relief lol. Just wish we had a fine day to have a BBQ then it will really feel like Spring/Summer. 

Purchased some pyjamas for baby Isaac (Grandson), as he stays here more often, he makes me so happy.


He loves trucks and dogs :). He really is a little treasure :)

Been to the gym this morning, hope the knee is not too bad later this afternoon and tonight. Last time I overdid it whoops.

I am deciding if I want a cricut machine, have been watching heaps of videos on it and looks like you can do some cool stuff with it. 

Anyway thats it from me for today, I am going to try and post 3 or 4 times a week. Wednesday is weigh in and am hoping for a loss. Oh and though I am doing the gym I am not doing it for weight loss, more for strengthening right now in both the knee and the left wrist which is also full of arthritis, due to the screws rubbing the tendons and needing full tendon reconstruction in that wrist 2 1/2 years ago. It still gets really sore... :(.
