I am sick...... have tested negative twice but OMG my head and throat are so sore.... am doing another test today.
This week lost 500 grams, I will take that, so 19.8 Kilos all up.
Anyway thats it from me today.

My toe has been bloody sore, but the nail is starting to lift a bit, so some of the pressure is off, thank god, still cant wear any shoes,...
