Tonights dinner is easy, steak, homemade fries and eggs. Weigh in tomorrow, am hoping to get into the 130's, think it will be close, I have had 2 weeks of good losses, so not really sure what the scales will do, I need a 1.1 kilo loss to get there.
Right now, not feeling well, it is hard not to order takeout, so making the meals easy will keep me more on track. I am so nervous about weigh in, I really want to make the 130's..... then my next mini goal is 20 kilos gone.
Anyway feeling a fraction better today, headache is not quite so bad, but still there just being a pain, got up early today to watch the Indycar as Scott McLaughlin is racing, I was a fan of his when he was doing Supercars and now watching him on Indycars, this is his second season, he won the Rookie last year.
Well did the vacuuming today and now I am knackered.... today is going so slow, I am just catching up some programmes I videoed.
Have decided I will weigh tomorrow, then I will be changing weigh days to Friday..... so will weigh in again this Friday. I am really struggling today to keep food under control today, just not keeping busy enough, when I dont feel 100% I am thankful I dont have a house full of junk food.
